Payment terms

Retainer Fees Starting at $3,000/month.

Custom support packages are tailored to your team’s size, operational complexity, and growth goals.

An 18-month commitment is required.

Timeline

We begin with a 4–6 week discovery phase to deeply understand your business needs and challenges. Every business is unique, so we’ll craft a tailored approach to support all aspects of your operations.

My Role

You’ll work directly with me—from strategy through execution.

Communication

We’ll primarily communicate via email, with scheduled meetings as needed. You’ll also have 1–2 quarterly check-ins for in-depth updates and strategic planning.
