Preciosa: Systems, Processes, and Ongoing Support to Grow with Clarity

Project Overview
I’ve been working with Preciosa since 2023. At first, I was embedded as part of the team—helping manage their Shopify store and supporting their digital operations from the inside. Over time, the relationship evolved into something broader: building internal systems, streamlining workflows, and creating tools that support both their day-to-day tasks and long-term growth.
Today, I continue to support Preciosa as an external partner, keeping things running smoothly while improving and adapting the systems we’ve built together.
Objectives
- Bring clarity and structure to their digital operations.
- Create tools the team could actually use, maintain, and grow with.
- Support their shift toward a more sustainable, scalable workflow.
- Stay close through ongoing support and system improvements.
Strategy
I began by looking at the full picture: what tools were in place, how the team worked, and what was missing. From there, I built a system in Airtable that brings visibility, structure, and flexibility to the operation.
I introduced workflows, supported their hiring process, and trained the team to work confidently with the tools. The goal wasn’t to overcomplicate—it was to create a setup that made sense for them.
Execution
The internal system we’ve developed is centered around custom Airtable bases I designed to support their specific workflows:
- A supplier management base: used to identify brands and their distributors—serving as a link between the online store’s sales channel and the local distributor network.

A product management base: built to centralize product data and make bulk edits, organization, and maintenance easier.

A workspace for new products: where the team can prepare and track launches before they go live.

A social media content base: with integrated forms for content submissions, budget tracking, and scheduling.
These tools are part of a larger operational system I’ve been shaping and refining over time. They’re flexible, scalable, and always evolving based on the team’s real-world needs.
Beyond Airtable, I also support Preciosa with ongoing content updates, inventory organization, product creation, theme upgrades, custom pages, and special projects that require a more strategic or technical hand.
Results
- The team works with more clarity and independence.
- Systems support—not slow down—their daily operations.
- Product launches, campaigns, and updates feel more manageable.
- The tools we’ve built continue to evolve with their needs.
Personal Note
This is the kind of work I love—where I get to build, test, tweak, and improve systems that actually make a difference in how people work. It brings out my geekiest side in the best possible way. Every tool is a chance to make things a little clearer, a little easier, a little better.
