Project Overview
CASAYOGA, a wellness studio and lifestyle store with two physical locations and an online store, faced significant inventory management roadblocks. Their online store and inventory systems weren’t connected, which made tracking stock levels challenging. Additionally, with two separate business components—wellness studio services and lifestyle store products—they needed a way to clearly represent both on a single site without confusing their users.
Objectives
Improve inventory management with a unified system.
Migrate to Shopify to streamline both the online store and POS.
Clearly differentiate and present the wellness studio and lifestyle store online.
After assessing their needs, we implemented the Shopify ecosystem to centralize their operations and organized training for the CASAYOGA team. We focused on clear category setup and navigation to separate the wellness studio and lifestyle store for ease of use.
Execution Details
Key actions included detailed data management, Shopify setup, visual merchandising, and custom page creation to present essential information for studio clients. We used Google Sheets extensively for data accuracy and migration planning.
Results
CASAYOGA now enjoys a cohesive brand presentation online and a streamlined inventory system. Their team effectively maintains product data thanks to our structured setup and training. The improved navigation allows users to explore both the studio and retail sections without confusion.
